To enter the Support site, select the option below that you would like.  The Text Only Support option provides you with a plain text description on how to configure most programs to work with Planet Connect.  The Support With Graphics option provides you with images that further illustrate how to configure these programs, in addition to the plain text description.  However, this option can take much longer to load in your browser, so if you choose it,  be prepared to wait for these pages to load.
